carrot cake.
i am going to let you in on a secret. i have the recipe to the very best carrot cake of all time. and... i am going to share it with you. i made it for easter this year, and it still is as tasty as always. give it a try, and i dare you to find one better...

ok jennie...i am taking your carrot cake challenge. i always make carrot bake for my babies first birthdays & jer loves it so we make it here or there too. i love my recipe, so i'm excited to try yours & we'll have a taste test. i'll let you know the results :) thanks, courtney :)
