we were all so giddy and it took every ounce of my strength to not go get the kids out of school. i was heartsick sending them off to school knowing that would be stuck in a classroom with no windows, and couldn't watch the beautiful snowfall. chad reassured me that the snow would still be here when school was over. ( mr. husband, thank you for being the sensible half)

kate and i played in the snow and had a blast tasting it on our tongues, but we were still anxiously awaiting the "big kids."

we sledded, ate snow, rolled around....
had snowball fights...

and made a snowman (a really tall snowman).

and levi... snug in his stroller the whole time... and not that happy about it.
i must say, for someone who prefers warm weather and really disliked my 2 years of living in the snow... this was seriously awesome. and a day to remember.

Why does the snow look so much more fun in Vegas than here in Utah? :)
Glad you had such a great time!
Snow in Vegas? I knew global warming was a hoax!
I'm jealous. We didn't get snow in Logandale. It looks like so much fun.
Wow, that's a lot of snow! Looks like your kids had a blast! I remember it snowed one time when we lived there. It was quite amazing!
